The position as IT Associate is a newly established position, expanding our existing IT Support team to accommodate our continued growth. The role will be fulltime and based in our Global HQ in Copenhagen and will be part of our Corporate IT-team within our global Tech Research & Development department. The overall responsibility will be IT-support and technical implementation of Corporate IT projects. The role will have close collaboration with our Developers and Product Owner teams.

The position will be connected to operating the Danish market & provide hands-on support to facilitate store growth & enable a smooth daily operations.

The position is full-time at Østergade 26A, 2nd floor 1100 Copenhagen, Denmark. Travel can be expected as needed to facilitate the execution of projects in the local markets but is not expected to exceed 30 days a year.

· Project Management: Oversee and manage global IT projects, including security, compliance initiatives (PCI, SOC2), and other IT-related tasks.

· Team Coordination: Work closely with DOC & managers in the market to enable a seamless instore it-operation.

· Compliance Management: Ensure that all IT projects comply with relevant standards and regulations, such as PCI and SOC2

· IT Support: Work with daily cases & reporting in JIRA to ensure that Offices & Operations are running smoothly.

· Documentation: Following ITIL best practices to create a process catalog to enable scaling IT support globally.

· IT Partner for the Danish markets to facilitate a smooth daily operations.

· Experience: Proven experience in managing global IT projects and indirect leadership.

· Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of applying requirements from compliance standards e.g. (PCI, SOC2), and IT support processes e.g. ITIL. Experience with configuration and reporting in JIRA.

· Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management experience working with diverse personalities both in-person and remote.

· Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

· Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure successful project outcomes.
